This limited-edition single malt captures the warmth, excitement, and sense of renewal that comes with a fresh start. Matured in a refined combination of sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks, complemented by select bourbon barrels, it delivers a beautifully layered flavour profile that reflects both tradition and celebration. Presented in striking, artist-designed packaging, it embodies the magic of new beginnings.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Sweet, toasted oak with notes of caramelised marshmallows, vanilla, berry compote, and icing sugar.

Palate: Rich and creamy with caramel, vanilla ice cream, mellow baking spices, pavlova sweetness, stone fruits, coconut, and touches of honey.
