Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law

Premix King has a 14 day claim period from date of purchase.

In such cases, whereby the poduct(s) have been returned and are proven to be faulty, we will offer a replacement of the faulty product where possible or a full refund (excluding shipping costs)

All products in our clearance category that are stated to be past best before will be ineligible for a refund on the basis of the best before. 

For a change of mind or mistakenly ordering the wrong products, we do NOT allow refunds or exchanges.
