Possibly the most famous Japanese single malt; Suntory Yamazaki 12YO is a fresh, fruit-forward single malt blended with the pure waters of the Southern Japanese Alps. The nose opens with light herbal aromas which merge with notes of green apple, pear and almond, backed by soft smoke. Notes of honey, lemon and spicy ginger emerge on the lingering finish. An undisputed modern day classic!
